Echelon Place is 10.6 million square-feet, Five Star $5B Casino and Resort, a commercial mega-development on Las Vegas Strip, the single largest LEEDŽ 2.2 version project in existence. The site of 87 acres includes a variety of components: 5300 key hotels, 330,000 square feet of retail, 750,000 square feet meeting center, 140,000 square feet gaming, surrounded by 30 restaurants and bar, and 250,000 square feet pool deck, 400 seat theatre, 150 seat theatre, three covered parking structures and a central plant.
